Question Samsung TV Model UN55NU6900 Can't find bluetooth devices

I tried the whole "secret menu" thing and turned Bluetooth compatibility on and that did make a Bluetooth option appear in my TV sound settings, but whenever I search for any Bluetooth device it comes up empty handed. Does turning Bluetooth compatibility on in the "secret menu" actually do anything or does my TV just simply not have Bluetooth support?
