Samsung tv no audio output

Hey guys, I'm sure you have seen this before. I'm struggling to get my situation resolved. I purchased a samsung tv that apparently has no audio output whatsoever. The sound is atrocious, I need better, louder sound quality. Here is a link to a sound bar I may purchase just because of the HDMI output and input. Would this work? By the way, I only have a blue ray disk player that we use for movies and netflix. We just need better sound!

That soundbar would help for the BD player but not for the TV tuner or smart functions since those are built into the TV.
