Samsung Tv won't connect to android box

I have a new Samsung curved 4k tv. Bought an android box but on plugging in hdmi lead I get error message and it doesn't recognise it and can't access box. Tried it on other tv and it works fine. Any ideas?

If the box isn't 4k try a non HDMI 2.0 input. If it is make sure it's connected to one that is 2.0.
Try powering the box up after you select the input or the other way around.
Try a different HDMI cable. Even if it worked with another TV the cable could still affect this.

My nexbox A95X is connected bit when I go to movies in the bottom list to see a movies it show a list of steam but don't know wish one to pick my TV is Samsung TV wish one I have to pick

I have the same problem. U changed a tv box that supports 4K or how u overcome it?
