Samsung TV won't or slow to turn on

Samsung LED TV UN32J4000AFXZA won't turn on or if it does it displays SAMSUNG and then goes off...is it a problem with the power adapter or the capacitor?

Possible. If this is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer to have them check the possible issue that might need a replacement. If not under warranty, contact a local repairman to help you diagnose the issue.
