The only issue I would have with getting a smartwatch would be cleanliness and weight. I don't know about everyone else, but any watch that I wear usually ends up getting a build up of grime in the crevaces. This has nothing to do with my own personal cleanliness, it always happens. As far as weight goes, even though there are some pretty hefty watches out there anyway I can imagine smartwatches being rather weighty after awhile.
