I have a samsung galaxy s3. Every couple of minutes or so I get this msg: "oops... An error has occurred while trying to download voice message. Please try again." I cleared all the browsers and app cache I could find but this msg still pops up and blocks me from whatever I m doing. I noticed that it happens only when I m connected to internet through wifi. I appreciate any help cause its getting v frustrating!!!! Thanks

Simple
1) Watch over your system memory and dont let it so low ( get SD card for extra memory)
2) Move all your memory data there (apps/photos/music)
3) if 1 and 2 are not working... its time for rework your Connction (New APN) your mobile operator can help you with this.
If the APN is not set (for 3g and MMS and etc.) you should correct it proper!
