satelilite P205D-S784 FACTORY RESET

My husband is a trashman and that is how my kids have gotten their laptops. However, the newest one we got, a toshiba satellite is stuck on enter password and I would like to know how to reset it. It's nicer than the ones they have and would hate to have to throw it away. It's in way better shape thhan the 2 cracked ones they currently have.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
