Hello,
Please, Help me fix this. My touchpad stopped working after update my bios to ver. 5.30. I’ve searched in Elan driver "touchpad driver software" so I can enable the touchpad, but I couldn’t find the touchpad listed! I’ve searched “device manager” I couldn’t find the touchpad or any other ps/2 mouse. I tried to install the touchpad driver still not working.Till this point I though that the touchpad itself is damaged, But I’ve entered the bios “UEFI” and I found that the touchpad working perfectly with no problem! But in windows it doesn’t work. I searched the bios for any option to enable the touchpad, I didn't find any.
Ps: Any USB mouse works good, also the keyboard works very good.
My laptop model Satellite L50-C1874
PART NUMBER: PSKWSV-06H023AR
OS: Win 10 fully updated.
All Toshiba drivers up to date.
How can I solve this problem? Please, Help!
Thanks
