satellite want's password

Satellite asks for HDD/SSD password and my wife does not remember entering a password. It only shows a password entry box. Nothing else appears on screen.

Any suggestions to solve this? I spoke to Toshiba tech support and they said take it to authorized Toshiba tech shop.
