Sb6190 router problems

Bought the sb6190 and was wondering if the problem with the puma 6 chip/firmware been taking care of.

I'm on Virgin Media's Superhub 3 running on the same chipset. As of today still no fix. only patches to attempt to hide the issue such as re routing ping to make speed tests look better.
