Question SC37

I am trying to connect this Pioneer SC37 to my network. On the setup page Network says trying to access network to obtain an IP address and it just hangs on and on does nothing, anybody else having this issue??

which router are you using?

Is the ethernet cable connected correctly?

Is DHCP enabled in the router?
Any MAC filter set in the router?

No MAC filter yes to the rest. This seems to be a thing with this unit according to some research.

Did you update to the latest firmware of this unit?
