Scam or legit?

I was browsing ebay in search of a laptop to buy.
I found these two, but they are way too cheap to be legit.. in my opinion.

Is there something I'm missing or not understanding about their description?

I would never buy computer hardware on ebay from someone with so few feedbacks.
Its most likely fake, or stolen.
