Hi, I'm confused about what you're asking.

ok google tells me that scan shell produces ID card readers, those are pretty specific hardware, so if you're not sure how to use that your best bet is to contact their customer support or find some info online

they seem to have a forum, try asking their, or best use the phone

unless somebody on this forum specifically has worked with that hardware I doubt you will get much response
