Scared of losing login information Help Needed

So I've recently gotten a virus, and I just wiped it all (the virus) away. My PC has no problems anymore but I am scared of losing my log info if I login. I might over exaggerate but that's just me. Am I safe or not?

is that truly necessary? Because I found the viruses with Malware Bytes and removed them (game trainers)

I wasn't saying anything in a bad tone. But anyways, can you recommend some softwares to scan with?

Malwarebytes is a good one to use
