What's a good low price laptop for school. I plan to use it for school stuff like, office 2013 and browsing. Also I am going to run atleast 2 virtual machines on it. A windows 2012 server and a windows 8 machine. I am located in the netherlands.

Any laptop that can support 8-16GB of RAM and that also supports Virtualization technology (like VT-x and perhaps VT-d). On the Intel side, you usually only get that in certain i5 and i7 processors.

A SSD would also help to keep each virtual machine responsive (remember, those VMs are sharing your storage), but you could add that yourself.

Almost anything with a Core i5 or i7. Usually a vendor's business line will have the i5 options. For example, most of the Dell 5000-series of the Latitude/Inspiron 13/14/15/17 models will support VT-x and have 2 slots for RAM. The 3000 series seem to have 1 RAM slot.

Prices vary greatly, so you'll have to investigate it yourself. Also, your education institution may have purchasing options with different vendors at educational pricing. You could investigate those with your school as well.
