i have hp pavilion 15 D002TX i have problem with my laptop that does not booting and blank screen showing and caps lock is countinously blinking i have been used every method even does not work please friends i need ur help you can also give me miss call i will call you back my m.num is edited by ffg7 pleae friends help me.

I don't think that posting your cel number online is a very wise decission, I'd remove that if I were you. You can never be too secure nowadays.

And ehm if you can, try running a system repair. Doesn't sound much like a software issue but it won't cause any harm.

Edit: had a similar case here I think, you might have wrong bios settings.

Most likely you either have a BIOS issue or some sort of mainboard failure.
