Question Screen display got bad when started after a direct shutdown

Yesterday i was working on my laptop,i run it on direct power and mistakenly my brother switched off then i left it for day and went out so I didn't started it that time,next day when i started it the display was weird there were black line and some colors its running very good but only the display is not right i have attached a pic sonyou cab see better and i also check the lcd cable of laptop its fine everything is fine i dont know what the problem is.

That looks like a broken LCD panel to me. Does it look normal in the BIOS screen and in SafeMode?
