I got a disc of a traffic stop I had last year and this police disc has a program on it called "Flashback Player" to play this video which is in .QBX format and it lets you swap between two cameras and microphones in real time. I was wanting it in .AVI or MP4, but couldn't find a way to convert, so was looking at programs that captured video from the computer screen. Problem is, my mic doesn't work well and even if it did, I wouldn't want the reduced audio quality. I read you couldn't do it with that Adobe program, and I also read Camtasia DOES record internally, but before I make a commitment and buy something, I need to know that it's gonna do what I want it to do.
So does anyone know of either an application that will record the screen video and record the audio internally without the need of a microphone or of a way to convert the .QBX into a normal format?
Thanks in advance,
Jim.
Edit: I use Windows 7 on an Alienware laptop if that helps.
