You know, I use bluetooth because it's compatible with everything. If one of my non-techie friends wants to use my Bose speaker, it works with their iPhone, iPad, PC, and any other device. If they want to borrow my headphones, or my other set of headphones, the bluetooth works. It just works.
I don't really care about the headphone jack, personally, because I almost never use the one on my Galaxy anymore, but if they were going to drop it, they should have just switched to the new USB-C and dropped the BS. Having ports no one else bothers with doesn't make you a special snowflake, it makes you annoying.
