Scroll down pad not working gateway nv75s

Hello. I have a Gateway NV75s and the scroll down pad and the volume up/down buttons do not work. I can move the mouse and right and left click but i can't scroll down the page. Please help thank you

You need to reinstall Drivers for touch pad and real-tek audio
