sd card/samsung s4 problem

my samsung s4 can read my sd card but i cannot save new files or apps on it.. every file or app i save on it eventually gone after i restart my phone but i cannot erase my old files, every time i try to erase old files it will just restore after i restart my phone;what should i do?

Sounds like you either set the card as read only or it's a bad card. Test it with a computer using a card reader, you may need to format it clean to do a good test.
