sd card tablet

i saved all my android apps to my SD card. i reset my tablet and took out the sd wonce it reast after i put the sd card back in all my apps weren't there. but my music and pictures still were there and before i reset my tablet i made sure i saved all the apps images and music to the sd card . how do i get them. i think the apps are still on the sd card they are just not showing up on my tablet

What tablet have you got? And maybe if its anything like an iOS device then it should have backed up all the apps on a computer program, if you have one.
