Seeking advice samsung notebook fan loud just for a sec

i just bought a brand new Samsung Serie 3 300E5C 39,6 cm (15,6 Zoll) Notebook (Intel Core i5-3210M, 2,5GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, NVIDIA GT 620M, DVD, Win 8)

replaced hdd with samsung ssd 840 series

installed samsung easy settings and put it on silent mode

yet whenever i do something like opening this thread a fan i don't know which gets loud for literally just a second. it is not a temperature problem

it is very annoying because you can't hear the notebook at all and then suddenly gets loud just for a second.

Try changing your power plan....

But it may make it worse...

set everything to save power it's still doing it just for example i maximized my browser and it got loud again for a sec very annoying

Then that's as good as it gets, you CANNOT expect the fan to never work lol...not unless you like melted cpus and motherboards...
