Can ANC be turned off completely?

Nevermind, listened to this at CanJam SoCal this past Sunday, you cannot turn off ANC, it's either this or transparency, no slider like the Momentum 4, not sure how effective both features are with my limited time demoing it but hard to tell the difference between the two features in a really loud showroom floor, soundwise V-shaped but can be eq'd with the app, I would honestly spend the extra money on the Audeze Maxwell which I also heard and has no ANC which I prefer but is a little heavy compared to the much lighter Accentum.
