Definitely the Sennheiser. Sennheiser has amazing sound quality for the price, Turtle Beach has poor sound quality for the price. The Sennheiser is one of the best headsets out there.

By far sennheiser turtle beach over priced and not nearly as good people who tell you otherwise don't know what their talking about

There is no reason to choose the Turtle beach over the Sennheiser.

While the Sennheiser is equally expensive compare to the Turtle beach seven, Sennheiser's sound quality is leagues better than the Turtle Beach one which is really overpriced for its audio quality.
