Sennheiser MX365 HELP

I bought a MX365 few months ago from eBay and the left side died... How long is the warranty and how can I replace it?

No, the earphone fell and hit the ground party hard(from table) and when I put I in my ear it sound weird(left side only) and after 15 min of wearing it, I took it off, the left one came apart, after that it just stopped working... It wasnt a pinch issue...

2 years warranty .. search for your local dealer or nearest dealers and call them they will guide you what to do .. if they ask you to ship the item do the shipment they will send you new item .. simple

I don't have the box right now, not sure where it is though... Can I still replace it if I don't have the box(plastic box) that came with it? Also what do you mean by dealer, like amazon and/or RadioShack? LoL...

I dont know about if you dont have box .. no dealer means there will be distributor for your area .. find him in google and call him

What should I say when I found the distributer?

The diaphragm was fractured, You need a replacement from manufacture warranty or just a new set.
