As the title says, does the Sennheiser PC373D's usb dongle work with the Game one's/zero's? And will it affect performance for the better or worse?

Should work, because the USB dongle is digital via USB to the PC and to analogue headphone. The plug seems to be identical between the headphones you mentioned.
