Hello,
My parents cant open attachments sent FROM my BB curve. I can in my PC email but they cant. Where are they going wrong is it there DEL pc settings ?

Hi thanks for helping im not very PC lit.

My samsung netbook and acer laptop both read it fine but their Del cant.They live miles away so i cant see the issue up close. The file type is 3GPP Audio/Video (.3GP) ?

Apple Quicktime will play back .3GP files. If they install that on their PC it should work fine.
