Server as computer?

I have a Dell Poweredge 9200 that my friend gave me. If I were to fix it and install Windows 10 on it, could I use it the same way as a normal desktop PC?

Yes, it would eat a lot of power though and be quite loud. Server class stuff does have drawbacks.

+1 on it likely being loud and depending on its age and processor may be pretty slow for daily tasks.
