What kind of tablet do you have? Please specify the manufacturer and model. If you could, the OS version would be helpful, but we may be able to walk you through the steps.

Also when you buy whatever it is. READ THE MANUAL. They put them there for a reason. Manuals go over everything in detail on how to lets say connect to your wifi with the new device, what each button on the device does, on how to reset the device when you screw it up , you will learn about some features that you didnt know existed. Reading everything that came with your device is the key
