Umm, actually, unless it's a scam, the website exists and will take your paypal payment. The S&H is a little obscene so, in my case, it comes out to over $50 for the rolls, though.

Its possible, but there was a kickstarter project a couple of weeks ago to print SOPA and PIPA on toilet paper. It was a lot cheaper than this too (with free shipping).
