Sharp aquos 43inch is turning on then turning back of please help

If I understand correctly the Sharp 43" first turns on with a blue screen that then turns black. Correct?

More information is needed:

Model number, age, basic specifications.

What other devices, if any, are connected to the Aquos? How are they connected?
