Question Sharp LC-40LE821E power fault

Hello.

I have a Sharp LC-40LE821E that has stopped working.

When switched on, the logo blinks twice slowly.

When you press the menu button, you get 2 long and on short blinks.

Could someone advise on what the issue is and how to go about fixing it if it's possible.

For a Sharp 40" TV, I would replace it, even a new 42" one is cheap enough, and used they will be very cheap. Aside from that you can look for and buy a system board and see if replacing that helps.
