Sharp tv no bbc

Unable to get bbc channels on my sharp tv is there an easy way to fix this or is it a fault

Does it have built in Freeview or do you have a separate box ?
Can you post the model of the Sharp.
If the Freeview is built in have you tried a retune scan.
