Solved! Shortcut keys swapped, Samsung Notebook r580

I have a Samsung Notebook r580, It was working fine as I was typing but all of the sudden my two shortcut keys swapped, the shift + 2 = @ is now giving me " and the " shortcut is giving me @. Please help me.
