Should I be concerned about this popping up on Firefox?

Just popped up my computer this morning and found this annoying security ad pegged to Firefox in the top left hand corner. It's right over the text entry boxes for the search engine I use so it's really annoying and won't go away. I was going to simply click 'No Thanks' to get rid of it but just wanted to be sure I'm not buying into some kind of trouble by doing so. The logo is a sky blue shield with a lock in the center.

Any thoughts?

Open Firefox and left-click the small 3-horizontal barred icon in the upper right corner. A drop down box will appear.

Click Add-ons and see what add-ons are installed and/or enabled.

See if you can identify the security ad with one of the add-ons.
