Should I upgrade or just get this cheap Chromebook

I'm looking to get a cheap laptop or upgrade my old one.
I've found a Toshiba CB30-B-104 13.3 Chromebook for £90 works perfect.
I currently have a Toshiba satellite c650 and the keyboard is broke and needs a new battery that would cost about £20. To upgrade the ram would be another £20 and then I can get a new ssd for £50. What would be the better option the Chromebook or just fix and upgrade the laptop I already have.


Ps I'm not sure if changing the battery will help or not currently it only last 10 minutes we did replace it about a year ago the battery lasted about an hour then it just got bad again so it could be the motherboard.

I mean it's in good condition and it runs like it should

Yeah it has everything I need just not sure if it would be better to upgrade the one I have or buy the used Chromebook
