Sibera V2 3.5mm disconnecting

Hello everyone,

I have a pair of Sibera v2 3.5mm headphones for my PC gaming and overall they are quite good.
BUT... Every so often they seem to randomly disconnect for about a second then reconnect. Is this a known problem or is this something else?

I have sent a ticket to Steel Series and they have deemed it as a product error and are willing to send a new pair.
