Sign in problem Linx 14

Am unable to sign in permanently despite following on screen prompts will only let me sign in temporarily with the result that when I log off all my other sign ins to fb, e-mail, e-bay etc are lost and I have to start all over again every time. VERY annoying. Cant find any customer support contacts for Linx. Can anyone help please.

Linx 14 is an actual computer. Apologies. I included the wrong linx link. SMH I had the right one but sent the other... Correct link is... http://support.linxtablets.com/Products/Linx14US/ The drivers should be downloadable from there in a zip file.

Are you talking about computer made by company "Linx", or you are using computer with Linux operating system (not Windows), for which you don't know the password?
