Sim not showing signal

My sim is not getting any signal in my phone. I have oppo a37f. Both sim and phone is working good.. But it doesn't work together. My phone detects other sim and my sim works properly in other device.

You should check with your carrier/service provider. You may need a different SIM for that device.

Should i use different sim with same number?

Depends on if you want to keep the number. That one is up to you. They should be able to give you a new SIM without changing the number if you want to keep it.
