Sim says will not allow to connect to network

So i just up graded my phone from a samsung gon5 to an LG Artisio and now the sim card wont connect to metros network any clue on what i have to do to fix it i cant even call customer support from my phone any help is greatly appreciated

The only people who can make the SIM work, or get you a working one, would be the company. If you have the old phone, and the SIM will still work in it, you can call them that way. Or borrow a phone to call them. But no one else can get the service to work but them.
