Simple Android App to measure LIVE network activity of ALL processes?

This is stupid. No apps on android found which can work like Resource Monitor's "network" tab on Windows.

ALL I want, is to see which app is currently accessing how much internet data. ALL the stupid lil apps I found were of statistics, not live.

Is there anything? idk where else to ask this, or which other forum. Thanks for the help.

I wonder if such an app would require root access which would prevent it from being on google play?

I already have rooted the phone and I don't care if it's on Google Play or not. I just need it because something that's used for simply monitoring apps internet data usage in realtime shouldn't be that ridiculously annoying to find.

I don't think one exists. If you want to make money and know how to program, there's your golden ticket. I'd buy it.

Android's been going on since years and that simple an app doesn't exist? -_-
I think there is one but hard to search...
