Now i want it rendered. (Like a wire frame model with dimensions i can customize)

After rendering it, i would like to do a rapid protoype of it

This isn't really the place to learn how to use autocad or learn 3d modeling.

You mean a software that will turn a 2d image into and 3d object? That's not how it works, people make it from scratch from referencing the image. It's a simple object, could do that in less than 10min.
