Your computer will not be capable of running sims 4.

Your laptop barely hit the minimum requirements for SIMS 4.
I am not 100% sure, only 80-90% sure, that your laptop can not run SIMS 4.

You can download it, but it will run pretty poorly.

I don't even think The Sims 3 will run particularly well on it either. The Sims 4 is not a very demanding game, but it is a lot more demanding than The Sims 3.
