Sims cards on byop

I have a samsung s7 930u that i purchased directly from samsung. This phone was unlocked. Can I use the verizon sim card in the activation kit. This phone is both gsm and cdma compatible

If it is capable of working on both networks, then it should work. However, to be totally sure, you should contact Verizon and check with them. They can tell you if the phone will work on their network or not.
