Single Audio and Microphone jack isn't working.

On my pc, it has a jack for just audio and another jack for audio and microphone. The single audio one works perfectly, but when I try to use the combo jack, it doesn't dispaly any sound. I am on windows 7 and any help would be appreciated.
My pc is the HP 6200 Pro Microtower
Headset is a Turtle Beach XO One (for the Xbox One, but i figured it still should work but this may be the problem also.) Any help is appreciated!

According to these specs, it doesn't have a combo jack, it's separate line-in and line-out:

Under DVI it says there is one combo microphone and audio jack. Is this something else? I may just do what you said though, make it easier.
