Skype crash problems

I got a serious problem with my skype. My first problem is :

1) Sometimes when i am trying to call someone it pops me out the window of windows 7 and it says that Skype has crashed. It closes and then I open it again and it happens again. My system is (Windows 7 Proffesional 64bit SP1.)

2) If my skype doesnt crashes it may work but it pops out a blackscreen and then it dissapears and a message apears in my screen that say that the amd drivers are having a problem with my skype (something like this). When it pops out the black screen and then dissapears It works fine but its annoying. I deleted my drivers and skype but nothing changes. (My gpu Asus r7 260x 2gb)

Please I need help because this is annoying.

several potential fixes:

go to cmd. type ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew

Use a program called revouninstaller. Right click the Skype icon and click advanced uninstallation. Proceed on onscreen instructions and delete any files related to Skype that the program pops up

try downloading Skype portable (note has all features of Skype just "packaged" differently
