Skype from my cell while traveling to my laptop at home

I am going to be travelling and I have a skype account on my cell Nexus 5 and my laptop at home. I want to know how I call from my cell phone skype account to my laptop at home

Make sure your phone data connection is active and working; launch skype and connect to the account that the laptop skype is using. It will show you if its online.

to be clear, you need 2 Skype accounts - you wont be able to do anything between 2 devices with only one account
