Skyrim CTD Fix please

Hello,

lately skyrim has been crashing to my desktop after fast traveling and after a few minutes of gameplay. I have used LOOT and TES5edit to clean my mods but i still get the CTDs. The CTDs can happen at any moment, When walking around in Whiterun to roaming around skyrim and fast traveling to places. I do However have 161 mods installed 109 of these are plugins, I also have Mod Organizer.

Disable one mod at a time to figure out which one is causing the CTD, long process but I've had to do the same to figure out which conflicting mods/plugins are causing it.
