Slingbox error (plays for 20 sec.)

The error code is 0x923400dc and it started giving it to me every once in awhile but has grown in frequency until now where it is basically unusable. Nothing in the set up has changed, any ideas?

Blackandgold, have you had any luck? I just started getting the same code. It says that the operation failed because of invalid state. Not very much help there and the Sling Box website doesn't even have the code when you search for it. Thanks.
